It's been puking at Perisher today, with the snow storm we've been waiting for rolling in around lunch time. Pow-sandwich, anyone? We've seen over 25cm of fresh snow fall today, and with freezing temperatures expected to continue (we're talking -7°C!) we're gearing up for another big night of snow making at Perisher.
It's looking like the snow will continue into early Tuesday morning, at which point we're expecting it to clear for what we hope will be the first bluebird pow day of the season 😍
The best part? It's looking like the snow will be back from Thursday, continuing on into Wednesday night. She might have been a bit late to the party, but Mother Nature surely is delivering the goods at the moment 👌.
With fresh snow and the opportunity to make snow comes the ability to open more lifts and terrain, and we're trying hard to open what we can as soon as we can. Make sure you're subscribed to Perisher's daily snow report, and keep your eye on the lift report to be the first in the know.
It's not too late to plan your trip! With a heap more snow in the forecast, we're ramping up for what is going to be another awesome season at Perisher. Check out what's going on this winter here and start planning!
