Perisher set to excite with heart-pounding calendar of events
Perisher Ski Resort, the southern hemisphere’s largest ski resort, has revealed its eagerly awaited events calendar for the 2025 snow season, with celebrations starting Friday 6 June.
This season promises visitors an unforgettable list of experiences amidst the stunning backdrop of the Snowy Mountains. Highlights include the grand opening of the Mt Perisher 6 chairlift, PEAK Music Festival, rail jams and the historic Perisher Cup.
The festivities commence on Opening Weekend with PEAK Music Festival, a free event that features an impressive line-up of artists including Nathan Cavaleri, Fat Picnic, and Shantan Wantan Ichiban. Spread across various mountain venues such as Jax Bar, Smiggins, The Man, and more, the festival sets the stage for a season bursting with events and entertainment. There will be fun for the whole family with Yabadoo providing kids entertainment. Families can also enjoy fireworks on the Saturday dazzling the sky over Front Valley.
Throughout the season, The Station is set to entertain with an impressive lineup of live music and DJ performances from Ball Park Music, Ruby Fields, and Bliss N Eso. More artists are expected to be added to the spectacular lineup.
For riders keen on improving their skills, the ROJO Confidence Camp and Chicks Who Shred will help level up your riding skills. And for those looking to upgrade their setups or try the latest gear, Demo Days will showcase the from Black Crows, Volkl, Atomic and more.
Finally, for skiers and snowboarders wanting to test their skills on the slopes or spectators wanting to watch some of Australia’s best riders, the Perisher Parks Showdown is sure to impress. Perisher is also hosting the Australian National Mogul Championships and the Australian National Mogul Championships where Australia’s top athletes will compete for National Titles.
