21 July Update:
There are truly only a few words that can describe the beauty of Perisher today, but we think 'pure magic' sums it up pretty well. With 64cm of fresh snow falling in the last 7 days, it is a winter playground out there and it's waiting for you to rip in.

With fresh snow comes more terrain openings, and the team have been busy preparing and opening your favourite trails this week. We're stoked to announce that all four resort areas are now interlinked, meaning you can ski and ride between Perisher, Blue Cow, Guthega & Smiggin Holes.
You Can’t Have Rainbows without a Little Rain…
Much like the saying ‘you can’t have rainbows without a little rain’, it’s rare that we can have snow without wind. While the wind can be a huge nuisance, the gusts predicted this week are bringing with them the huge amount of snow forecasted, so we can’t stay mad for too long!
For those wondering, no, we don’t love wind hold at Perisher, but we do love keeping you safe. Wind hold is necessary when wind gusts exceed a certain speed, and with winds of up to 100kmph predicted during this snowstorm, it’s likely that our more exposed chairlifts will go on wind hold at some point.
