Dear Seattle + Teenage Joans

Snow Show: Dear Seattle, Teenage Joans, & Stumps

If you were unsure if you wanted to hit the slopes this year, we’ve just given you another point for your Pro’s list. Dear Seattle and Teenage Joans join forces for one night only at The Station in Jindabyne with support from indie rising stars, STUMPS and pop-punkers, Grenade Jumper

Dear Seattle are the melodic, sing along, beer-in-the-air, headbanging-with-heart punk rock band you’ve been waiting for. One part mosh pit, and one part love letter, the band have created a truly unique and powerful style of songwriting that’s connecting with fans across Australia and the rest of the world.

Since Teenage Joans first burst onto the stage in late 2018, they have left every room they play full of brand new and soon-to-be longtime fans. Not only does this two piece indie/pop-punk powerhouse play beautifully crafted songs that have audiences singing along for the first time they hear them, but the songs are as real and important as they are unapologetic. They have shared stages with the likes of Amy Shark, Ball Park Music, Pale Waves, King Stingray, The Chats and have also been seen at some of Australias biggest festivals includnig Laneway, Groovin' The Moo, Good Things...the list goes on.

Sydney formed three-piece STUMPS capture a night out like a flurry of Polaroids, from the larger than life moments swinging from the rafters in a club, to the tender flashes as the night finds its close. Full of sly, self-aware nods to Britpop and the alternative rock of the late 90s and early 00s, the trio’s contrast and contemporary ambivalence sees them evolve from a band that were finding their feet, to one that draws comparisons to Bloc Party, Gang Of Youths and Talking Heads. You are likely to have seen them supporting the likes of Tyne James Organ, Dear Seattle and Trophy Eyes, and across festival stages at Lost Paradise, NYE On The Hill and The Drop. Winning audiences over nationally via their countless headline shows as well, STUMPS have built a loyal fanbase since their inception.
